New Years challenge to do this Heart Breath session once a day for the month of January!
Personally, every morning I do the Heart Breath and the Morning Ritual Session in the Digital Studio, and it is incredible what it does for my day and how it grounds me for each day with love, open-heartedness, gratitude, and intentions to what most matters to my life and being in embodied alignment and present.
I would love to challenge you for 30 days to do this session once a day, and see how you feel after 30 days to begin the New Year aligned, grounded, and heart-centered.
